BOX OFFICE HOURS

The Boulder Theater Box Office is located directly to the right of the main entrance of the theater. You can purchase tickets on-line 24 hours a day, over the phone or in person.

The box office hours for phone or walk up sales are:

Monday - Friday - 3:00p.m – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday 12 Noon- 5:00p.m.

The box office stays open after 7pm on event nights for walk up sales.

Tickets are NOT available on-line two hours prior to show time. This does not mean that the show is sold out.

We accept Visa, MC, AmEx and yes, CASH. Sorry, no checks!

• There are no exchanges or refunds after tickets are purchased.
• You need to bring a photo ID to pick up your tickets.
• We do not mail tickets. All tickets purchased on-line or by phone are held at the box office (Will Call) until you come to pick them up (with your photo ID).
• Unless the show is set up as a fully seated show, we cannot guarantee seating.
• All tickets have a seat number printed on them. Unless the show is a reserved seated show, the numbers, meaning assigned seats, the number means nothing.
