Patton Oswalt is an actor/writer/comedian who was featured as “Remy the Rat,” the lead voice in Pixar’s blockbuster hit, Ratatouille and has been headlining comedy clubs all over the U.S. since 1996. He also spent nine seasons playing Spence on CBS’s hit show, King of Queens.

His new movie Big Fan was the darling of this year’s Sundance Film Festival and is set to release 8/ 28.

He’s done three stand-up specials, one for HBO and a one hour special for Comedy Central. Patton created, produced and headlined the Comedians of Comedy tour, a live alternative comedy show that toured through various rock venues across America. The tour was the subject of a self-titled documentary film for NetFlix and Showtime and a series on Comedy Central. They were the first comedy show to be a part of the world-famous Coachella Music Festival. The Comedians of Comedy wrapped their last tour in the fall of 2007 when their DVD, The Comedians of Comedy: Live at the Troubadour came out. The concert film also premiered on Comedy Central.

He was Entertainment Weekly’s “It” Comedian for 2002. Variety chose him as one of ten “Comedians to Watch” in 1999. He opened for Aimee Mann and Michael Penn on their 2000 Acoustic Vaudeville Tour, touring the U.S. as well as London and Dublin. He’s a regular panelist on Late Night w/ Conan O’Brien and co-hosted on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Patton’s Comedy CD Feelin’ Kinda Patton received rave reviews upon its release in the summer of 2004. He’s written for FOX’s MAD TV and MTV’s Austin Stories. His short film, A Pack of Gifts Now, won honorable mention at the 1999 Sundance Film Festival. He’s also written for The MTV Movie Awards, VH-1 Fashion Awards and the MTV Video Music Awards. He released his new CD “Werewolves and Lollipops with Sub Pop Records in late 2007.

Patton is featured in the films Reno 911:Miami, Starsky and Hutch, Blade III and Zoolander. And he can be spotted in the films Down Periscope, Desperate But Not Serious, Man on the Moon, Run, Ronnie, Run!, ZigZag, Calendar Girls and See This Movie. He also played doomed skin diver Delmer Darion in Paul Thomas Anderson’s Magnolia. His TV appearances include Seinfeld, NewsRadio, The Man Show and Crank Yankers. He is featured in numerous VH-1, Comedy Central, and MTV “list” specials.
