Nestled just south of the Boulder Theater, George’s Food & Drink has become an integral part of the historic venue’s whole experience. Serving a menu inspired by the next generation of comfort food, Chef Bob Scott uses local and organic products and a sense of humor to create dishes like Pigs n’ a Blanket or Black Bean Hummus. George’s full bar with rotating local micro-drafts on tap and a seasonal specialty drink menu has made it a perfect spot for the before-show drink or a cozy spot to meet some friends.
Open during all shows, Happy Hour is served from 5-6:30pm with the kitchen serving food in George’s and the Boulder Theater until 11pm. So come relax on our couches or peruse the Rock n’ Roll art on the walls—either way you’re bound to find some good food & good spirits!
Let George’s Food & Drink throw the perfect party for you! The Lounge with its cozy couches and fireplaces has a capacity of 30 and can be reserved by itself or the entire restaurante with full bar and menu for the larger party. Catering needs, whether it be a buffet or simple h’orderves, available through the kitchen. DJ hook-ups available as well.
