The versatility of the Boulder Theater makes it perfect for events ranging from meetings or conferences to concerts, movie screenings, weddings and other private parties. The flexibility of the room gives our clients many options for creating the setting that fits the needs of their events.
Boulder Theater Facility Rental Includes
- State-of-the art Lighting and Sound Systems /stage
- Up to 3 sound/lighting engineers (AV equipment can be rented through the BT)
- Door staff, bar staff and house manager
- Janitorial Service
- In-house tables and chairs
- Full size movie screen
- Podium and stage steps
- Personalized message on the marquee the day of event
- Open facility for licensed caterers – all alcohol must be purchased through the BT.
RENTAL RATES
Call for custom rental packages or multi-day events
DAY RENTAL: $2,200.00 8 consecutive hours ending no later than 4pm
EVENING RENTAL: 10 consecutive hours typically 4:00 pm – 1:00 am
Off Season: January & May–August
High Season: September-December & February-April
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: $3500 with $2500 bar guarantee
Sunday and Thursday: $4500 with $3500 bar guarantee
Friday and Saturday: $6,000 with $3500 bar guarantee
**Load-in time may be flexible depending on venue and client needs
Ticketed Public Events (Capacity 850-1000)
The room capacity for ticketed events is dependent on the configuration that you choose for your event. All ticketed events are subject to a $2.00 per ticket sold facility fee in addition to applicable box office service charges.

GEORGE’S FOOD AND DRINK RENTAL RATES (Capacity 60)
Sunday – Wednesday $2000 - $2,500 food and drink guarantee
Thursday through Saturday $3,000 -$3,500 food and drink guarantee
