The Perfect Place
The Boulder Theater provides a beautiful and unique space for wedding receptions, conferences, parties and other special events. Located in the heart of downtown Boulder one block off the Pearl Street Mall, this historic art-deco theater is flexible enough to accommodate events for 100 up to 700 depending on the design and needs of the event.
HIGH SEASON: Mid-September through mid-May
LOW SEASON: Mid-May through mid-September
Daytime rental rates for non-ticketed events: $3500.
Evening rentals rates range from $3750 to $6500 plus bar minimum which ranges from $2500 -$4500 depending on the needs of the event and hi or low season.

Piano rental and tuning, coat check services , linens, and additional AV equipment is not included. We would be happy to your AV and decor needs with our trusted vendors.
You are welcome to use the caterer of your choice as long as they provide proof of liability and workers comp insurance and a food service license.
Can we get married here?
Yes, many couples have their ceremony on stage.
How late can we stay?
1:00 a.m., We would like to have staff out by 1:30.
Can we bring in alcohol?
Because we hold a public liquor license all alcohol service must go through the Boulder Theater, but we can tailor your bar service to fit your budget.
How many guests can the theater accommodate?
For weddings, the theater works best for 120 to 300 guests.
